Ingredients
  • 1 package white cap mushrooms (about 12)
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
  • 2 tablespoon bacon bits (I use precooked salad bacon bits)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sit cream cheese out 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time so that it comes up to room temperature and is easier to work with.
  3. Combine cream cheese, bacon bits, Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese together and blend until well mixed.
  4. Next clean mushrooms by either removing any loose dirt with a damp paper towel or a small brush.
  5. Take out mushroom stems and begin stuffing each mushroom cap until over filled.
  6. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until mixture starts to brown.
