Ingredients
- 1 box fettuccine pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package.
- While pasta is cooking heat 3 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat in a sauté pan.
- Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Heat until garlic starts to turn a golden brown.
- Next save 1/2 cup pasta water and then drain pasta.
- Add pasta and 1/2 cup pasta water to the sauté pan with the garlic pepper mixture and toss.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
