Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz
- 2 cans of tuna, 5 oz. each
- 1 cup crushed plain potato chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 pieces white sandwich bread
Instructions
- Start by taking the 8 pieces of white bread and flatten them one at a time. I use the palm of my hand or a roller.
- Once the bread is flattened remove the outer crust.
- Place each piece in to a muffin pan so that it forms a cup shape. Next drain both cans of tuna.
- In a small bowl mix tuna, cream of chicken, potato chips, salt, pepper and half a cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Once mixed place enough of the mixture in each bread cup to reach the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
