Over the years I have cooked many Italian dinners and a must have with everyone of them is bread. Like everyone else we used to purchase the frozen garlic bread and toss in the freezer until needed. This type of bread always seem to come out the same, hard and processed tasting, thus we started using fresh baked deli breads.
Deli bread is inexpensive and tastes great. Sometimes a full loaf is only $1 to $2 dollars and is more than enough for a family of 4.
