This is a great addition to any KETO diet. Now with any diet comes self control which is one reason I love this recipe. It helps to curb certain cravings from time to time. This is a very rich chocolate mousse since it uses unsweetened chocolate and heavy cream.

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp unsweetended chocolate cocoa
- 3 packets truvia or other artificial sweetener
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and begin mixing with a electric mixer on low.
Once all the ingredients start to blend, increase mixer speed to high and whip mixture until thick with soft peaks forming.
Pour into dessert glasses and chill.
Before I started making this recipe I took 1/2 cup heavy cream with a dash of vanilla extract and whipped until thick. I used this as a topping to my mousse and it was a perfect addition.
For the topping I grated a small bite size Hershey dark chocolate unsweetened bar over the top.
