Tuna casserole is something that utilizes a cabinet staple that hardly get’s used. I have been using this recipe for 20+ years unchanged. Another good thing about this tuna casserole recipe is kids tend to like it more since it’s small and of course has bread.
Tuna Casserole Muffins

- 2 5oz cans tuna
- 1/2 cup crushed plain potato chips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp chedder cheese
- 8 slices white bread
Drain tuna and add to a mixing bowl. Next add in all ingredients except cheese.
Using your palm or a roller flatten out each slice of bread. Next place 1 slice in a muffin tin pocket. Start by placing it in the middle and folding the edges until it forms a cup.
Fill all 8 bread cups with the tuna mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
